A good headshot should look like you on your best day. It needs to feel natural, confident and honest, giving casting directors a clear sense of who you are at a glance.

We offer one-hour headshot sessions for actors and performers, using either natural light or a mixture of natural and studio lighting, with relaxed direction to create images that feel authentic and casting-appropriate.

Option 1: Natural Light, outdoors, 1 Hour
We work outdoors at locations across the North East*, choosing spots close to you which offer clean backgrounds, flattering natural light, and which are away from the busy footfall of the town. Sessions are relaxed and collaborative, giving you time to settle in and get a variety of looks. The outdoor sessions are always close to a public bathroom to allow for private outfit changes.

Pricing:

£130 — 3 final retouched images
£150 — 6 final retouched images

*Sessions outside of Tyne & Wear will incur travel expenses.

Option 2: Mix of natural & studio lighting, indoors, 2 Hours

These sessions take place indoors. You can either visit us in South Shields or we can come to you with mobile backdrops and lighting.
We like to use a combination of natural light and professional studio lighting to create clean, consistent headshots with a more controlled look.

Sessions are relaxed and collaborative, with time to settle in, review images as we go, and explore a range of looks and expressions.

Pricing:

£220 — 3 final retouched images
£240 — 6 final retouched images

Headshots can feel intimidating. Our approach is calm, encouraging and practical, with gentle guidance throughout the session.

You’ll have the chance to review images as we go, adjust poses and expressions and change outfits to create variety.

The goal is to capture headshots you feel confident submitting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

We recommend bringing 3–6 plain or neutral tops with different necklines. We can advise on which colours work best on the day, if that's useful to you. This gives us flexibility and helps create a range of looks during the session.

What about hair and makeup?

Keep things simple and natural. Avoid heavy makeup or elaborate hairstyles as the aim is to look how you'd look walking into an audition.

Can I see the photos during the shoot?

Absolutely. Reviewing images together helps us refine the shots and ensures we’re on the right track.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. If having a friend or family member with you helps you feel more relaxed, you’re very welcome to bring them along.

When will I receive my photos?

Within 24 hours you’ll receive a contact sheet to choose your final images. Take your time, we encourage getting a second opinion before selecting. Once you’ve made your choices, final retouched images are usually delivered within one week, depending on workload.

How much retouching do you do?

Retouching is kept natural and subtle. We remove temporary blemishes and flyaway hairs but never alter permanent features, you’ll still look like you.
